Architectural Technician
Pay: £20,000 - £30,000 a year
Job Type: Permanent - Full Time
Shift and schedule: Monday to Friday

Job Description
Lewis Partnership Ltd are looking to recruit an Architectural Technician based at their Llanelli office.
Duties and skills:
-
AutoCAD, Revit and Microsoft Office software skills essential.

Must be able to work independently and in a team.
-
Good communication skills, attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
-
Good organisational skills.
-
Previous construction detailing experience essential.
-
Visiting sites to carry out surveys.
-
Survey drawings, constructional drawings, presentation drawings and other related tasks.

Preparing and submitting Planning and Building Regulation drawings and applications.
-
Liaising with Clients on projects from inception to completion.
Salary - £20,000.00 to £30,000.00 depending on experience. We provide a workplace pension scheme.
Hours: 9am - 5pm
